If your neighbors have a noisy party late at night, you can sic the cops on them. If somebody is intruding on you in some way in a public place, he can be made to stop. So why is this protest allowed?

if they were specifically standing around the gravesite harassing the attendants you would be right, but they are just standing outside the graveyard on the sidewalks, no they dont need permits for that just like strikers dont need permits to strike outside their jobs. it is a deplorable thing they are doing, and i do not agree with them at all, but if i want the freedom to protest to allow anyone willing to serve in the military so i dont have to be drafted, then i must allow them to spew hatred to the 4 winds. the way i see it, they can be as wrong as they want for as long as they want...

Thank you Schieffer for these words you have said!! I can't believe that this is allowed in our country. Obviously these protesters will be judged in the end for their horrible actions. God Bless America and our soldiers that have made it free for us.
